Easy to make variation on traditional cookies. My nieces and nephews are always asking me to make more of these for them. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package lemon cake mix |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) carton cool whip |
1 egg |
confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except confectioners' sugar; mix well. 3. Using hands, form dough into small balls. 4. Roll balls in confectioners' sugar. 5. Place on ungreased baking sheet, approximately 1 1/2 inches apart. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. |
