Ingredients:
1c flour |
1/2c butter |
1/2c chopped pecans |
1 (8 ounce) carton cool whip, plus |
1c cool whip, divided |
1c powdered sugar |
1(8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
2 (3 3/4 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding |
1t lemon juice |
3c milk |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, butter, and pecans. 2. Pat into a 13 X 9 inch baking dish and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees; cool. 3. Beat 1 cup cool whip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until fluffly. 4. Spread evenly on nut crust. 5. Stir together pudding mix, lemon juice and milk; when thickened, spread over the second layer. 6. Spread remaining container of cool whip evenly over top. 7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. 8. Could sprinkle walnuts on top before serving. |
