I just lost my mother last week and I am going through her recipes and posting several. This was one she made often and it is awesome. Enjoy in mom's honor. I love you mom. Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix |
8 ounces sour cream |
4 serving box instant lemon pudding |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup water |
4 eggs |
6 ounces white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients except chocolate chips together until well blended. 2. Fold in chocolate chips then pour into well greased and floured tube pan. 3. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes then let cool 20 minutes in pan. 4. Remove from pan and cool completely then serve dusted with powdered sugar. |
