Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
1 cup(s) fresh lemon juice (about 5 med. lemons) |
1 teaspoon(s) grated lemon rind |
3 large eggs |
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a med. saucepan, sritting with a whisk. Stir in juice and eggs, bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring constantly with whisk. Remove from heat, add butter and lemon rind, stirring gently until butter melts. 2. Spoon mixture into a med. blow and cool. Cover and chill at least 6 hours. |
