This recipe goes with Lemon Curd Trifle Ingredients:
6 eggs |
2 egg yolks |
2 cups sugar |
1/4 cup grated lemon rind |
3/4 cup lemon juice |
1 cup butter or margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, yolks, and sugar in top of a double boiler, stirring well. Add remaining ingredients; place over gently boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat; let cool. Chill. |
