These lemon crunch cookies are very easy to make and are perfect for making large amounts very quickly. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box lemon cake mix |
1 cup rice krispies |
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets. 3. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. 4. If cookies need to be left overnight, it is recommended to put the cookies into an airtight container with a slice of bread to keep the cookies moist and cake-like. |
