Lemon Crunch Bars

These lemon bars have lots of flavor and are a holiday tradition in our family.
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Stir together oatmeal, flour, nuts, brown sugar and melted butter with a fork and set aside.
3. Mix sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon rind.
4. Spray bottom of 9 square pan with Pam.
5. Put 2/3 crumb mixture in bottom of pan.
6. Spoon condensed milk mixture over crumbs.
7. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
8. Bake 30 minutes.
9. Cool before cutting.
10. Store in refrigerator.
