We love theese and there so easy to make. Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix |
1 cup rice cereal |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 egg beaten |
1 tsp. grated lemon peel |
Directions:
1. in a large bowl,combine all ingredents untell well mixed.
2. Dough will be crumbly.
3. shape into little balls
4. place 2 in. apart on cookie sheet sprayed with oil
5. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 min.
6. Makes about 4 doz.
