Lemon Creme Pie

Well, my husband asked me to make a pie, so I had to think of something using the ingredients I had available, and this is what I came up with. Apparently it was a hit, because my daughter told me it was the best pie she ever had.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. graham crackers
1 stick butter or margarine
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 pkg. cream cheese
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
1. In a food processor, blend graham crackers until no large chunks remain. Pour into a large pie dish.
2. Melt butter and add to graham crackers.
3. Mix thouroughly and press to bottom of pie dish. Chill.
4. In a small bowl, mix pudding mix and 1 Cup milk. Mixture will be very thick.
5. Spread pudding mixture into bottom of pie dish.
6. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer until softened and creamy.
7. Slowly add heavy whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
8. Add sugar to mixture, one tbsp. at a time.
9. Add lemon juice to mixture, one tbsp. at a time.
10. Spread cream mixture over pudding mixture, evenly.
11. Chill and serve.
