Great for a hot summer day. Freezing time is not included in recipe. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (may use low fat) |
1 cup milk (whole milk preferred, but can use 2%) |
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel |
Directions:
1. Whisk ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. 2. Pour into 8 ice pop molds or paper cups (3 oz.). 3. Top with holders or wooden sticks. 4. Freeze 6-8 hours, or until solid. |
