Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
1 dash(es) salt |
1/2 stick(s) butter |
3 egg yolks |
1 can(s) evaporated milk |
2 juice of 2 lemons |
1/2 cup(s) hot water |
2 grated rind of 2 lemons |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, salt, flour, add 1 can evaporated milk and hot water. Stir well. Cook until thick. Pour 1//2 hot liquid into egg yolks then bak into saucepan and simmer for 1 min. Add butter, lemon and grated rind. Stir well, cool and then pour over pie crust. |
