Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) flour
1 dash(es) salt
1/2 stick(s) butter
3 egg yolks
1 can(s) evaporated milk
2 juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup(s) hot water
2 grated rind of 2 lemons
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, salt, flour, add 1 can evaporated milk and hot water. Stir well. Cook until thick. Pour 1//2 hot liquid into egg yolks then bak into saucepan and simmer for 1 min. Add butter, lemon and grated rind. Stir well, cool and then pour over pie crust.
