Light, fluffy and delightful! Yummy! Ingredients:
4 (3 1/2 ounce) packages lemon gelatin |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well |
2 cups crushed walnuts |
1 pint heavy whipping cream, whipped stiff |
Directions:
1. Make the gelatin according to packages directions and refrigerate until partially jelled, about 35-45 minutes. 2. Remove from the refrigerator and whip with an electric mixer. 3. Fold in the whipped cream, pineapple and nuts. 4. Refrigerate until set. |
