Delicious drizzled over pound cake or carrot cake. Ingredients:
3/4 cup powdered sugar |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 cup whipping cream (or more if needed) |
Directions:
1. Blend sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla in processor, using on/off turns. 2. Blend in enough cream to form thick but pourable icing. |
