Great lemon taste, very good on carrot cake. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup butter, softened |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of |
4 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat together cream cheese, butter and lemon juice. 2. Add peel. 3. Gradually add powdered sugar; beat until smooth and creamy. |
