Super easy and delicious way to eat quinoa. You can even store it for up a week in the refrigerator to eat as a side or mixed with something else. Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa, rinsed |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
