From a South African Jewish Cookbook. Ingredients:
12 chicken pieces |
1 cup chutney |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon curry |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix sauce ingredients together. 2. Pour over chicken. 3. Bake in 180 C oven for 1 hour. |
