This is a quick side dish, make it in a flash. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can whole potatoes |
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon chives |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 500 degrees. 2. Drain and rinse potatoes; place in ungreased 1-quart casserole. Cover potatoes with water. 3. Cover and bake until potatoes are hot, 10 to 15 minutes. 4. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and toss until potatoes are coated. |
