Lemon Chili Shrimp Skewers |

Absolutely Fabulous ! Ingredients:
40 large shrimp, peeled |
5 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons limes |
1 lime, zest of |
1 tablespoon frank's red hot sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
2 teaspoons chili flakes |
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and marinade for at least 30 mins - the longer the shrimp bathe in the marinade - the better. 2. Skewer the shrimp leaving a reasonable amount of space between them for even cooking. 3. Preheat your grill - 4. cook on Indirect heat for approximately 15 mins turning once . The indirect heat allows you to cook the shrimp longer without drying out. 5. Serve. 6. This recipe is pictured with my Apple Pear Salad in Edible Parmesan Cheese Bowls. 7. ENJOY ! |
