Another for the lemon lovers. Can't even guess on prep time.
Ingredients:
5 tbsps. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
grated rind of half lemon
3 eggs (seperated)
1 cup milk
the egg whites stiffly beaten
Directions:
1. Mix together
2. 5 Tbsps. flour
3. 1 c. sugar
4. Cut in 3 Tablespoons butter.
5. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice and grated rind of half lemon.
6. Add yolks of 3 eggs, well beaten.
7. Mix well then add 1 cup milk and whites of the eggs stiffly beaten.
8. Pour into buttered baking dish-place in pan of warm water and bake in moderate 350 degree oven 1 hour-cool before serving.
