I got this recipe from Oprah. This is a light dish and very tasty. Ingredients:
5 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh |
3 teaspoons soy sauce |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon basil |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 thick. 2. Marinate at least 2 hours. 3. GRILL. |
