From The Ultimate Party Drink Book. No cheesecake necessary. For a variation, add 2 crumbled graham crackers before blending. Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/2 cup cottage cheese |
3 tablespoons superfine sugar |
1/4 cup vanilla frozen yogurt |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse until mixture starts to swirl. 2. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is smooth. |
