Light, low fat, low carb desert Ingredients:
1 oz jello cheesecake pudding sugar and fat free |
1 oz jello sugar free - fat free lemon pudding |
4 oz fat free cream cheese |
3 cups skim milk |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients with a mixer on low. 2. Pour into bowl to set for 1 hour 3. 1/2 cup serving 4. Optional: Break up 1 Medi-Weightloss blueberry/pomegranite protein bar in bottom of bowl and spoon 1/2 cup cheesecake pudding mix over crumbled bar. Add 100 calories to calorie count with bar. |
