These dreamy cheesecake bars are delicious and easy! They start with a cake mix and there are just a few other ingredients. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix) |
2 large eggs |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly.
3. Reserve 1 cup and pat remaining mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth.
6. Spread over baked layer and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
7. Bake for 15 minutes more.
8. Cool completely and cut into bars.
9. Store in refrigerator.
