1/2 c. flour |
48 g. graham-cracker crumbs (1/2 c.) |
2 t. splenda brown sugar blend |
3 t. splenda granular |
4 t. margarine, cold |
3/4 c. cottage cheese, low-fat |
1/2 c. cream cheese, fat-free |
3/4 c. splenda granular |
1 t. flour |
1/2 t. baking powder |
1/2 t. vanilla |
1 t. lemon rind |
3 t. lemon juice |
1/4 c. egg substitute |
1 egg white |
Directions:
1. Add first four ingrediants. Cut margarine in. Press in 8x8 pan (sprayed with non-stick spray) and bake for 15 minutes. 2. Add the rest of the ingrediants, except eggs, in food processor and blend until smooth. 3. Add eggs and pulse food processor just until they're incorporated. 4. Add batter to hot crust. Bake another 18-22 minutes until center is set. |
