This is quick and easy recipe for the busy moms. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
5 tablespoons sugar |
2 lemons, zest of |
juice of half lemon |
1 teaspoon lemon extract |
1 egg yolk |
1 egg white |
3 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, chilled until used |
Directions:
1. In a bowl whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon extract,1 egg yolk. 2. Preheat oven to 375. 3. Spread 1 tsp of the cream cheese filling onto each triangle and fold in the 2 corners. 4. Brush the top with the egg white and sprinkle top with some sugar. 5. Bake for about 11-14 minute. |
