Yummy! Ingredients:
18 1/4 ounces lemon cake mix |
2 large eggs |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 ounce active dry yeast |
2/3 cup warm water |
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 large eggs |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon milk |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon corn syrup |
1 tablespoon water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F; grease 13x9 pan; set aside. 2. to prepare CAKE:. 3. combine 1 1/2 cups cake mix, 2 eggs, 1 cup flour, yeast and 2/3 cup warm water in large bowl. 4. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spread in pan. 5. To prepare FILLING:. 6. Combine cream cheese, 2 eggs,sugar, 1 tbsp flour and milk in mixing bowl.Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. 7. Spoon filling to cover batter. 8. To prepare TOPPING:. 9. Mix remaining cake mix and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. 10. Bake at 350°F for 40-55 minutes or until golden brown. 11. To prepare GLAZE:. 12. Combine powdered sugar, corn syrup and 1 tbsp water in small bowl until smooth. 13. Drizzle over hot coffee cake. 14. Serve warm. |
