I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Everyday Health. Ingredients:
1/4 cup strawberry |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
4 ounces lemon low fat yogurt |
Directions:
1. Using a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries and sugar together. 2. Slowly pour in the milk and yogurt and blend until frothy. 3. Garnish with a lemon slice or sliced strawberry. |
