Fresh lemon juice is used in the yummy sauce that can be topped on Salmon Cakes. Ingredients:
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup light sour cream |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
3 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped |
capers, drained to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until blended and smooth. 2. Top over warm salmon cakes. |
