This is such an easy sauce to make for any fish you wish to serve. Great for those days when you don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free or light sour cream |
1 tablespoon drained capers |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemon zest or peel (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until well blended. If you don't have a food processor or blender, finely chop the capers and mix into remaining ingredients. |
