Lemon Caper Fish

This recipe is super healthy and even easier to make. This dish is best served with seasoned rice and vegetables.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb tilapia fillet (or 2 fillets)
1 lemon
capers
Directions:
1. Heat nonstick skillet on med.-high heat.
2. Salt and Pepper your fillers.
3. Saute your fish with fat free butter flavored cooking spray. I didn't have that on hand so I used just regular butter flavored cooking spray.
4. Squeeze Lemon juivce over the fish and add capers into the pan.
5. Cook until the fish is fully cooked.
