Easy, simple potato dish Ingredients:
3 potatoes, peeled, cut in half, sliced |
1 tablespoon extra light olive oil |
3 tablespoons butter |
2 teaspoons dried chives |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large frying pan. 2. Add potatoes when oil is hot. 3. Cover and cook 8-9 minutes, stirring 1-2 times. 4. While potatoes cook, mix other ingredients in small saucepan and heat. 5. Add butter sauce. 6. Cook uncovered on med for 4-5 minutes. 7. Serve warm. |
