Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened |
3 cups sifted powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
2 tablespoons lemon extract |
6 drops yellow food coloring |
Directions:
1. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add remaining ingredients; beat untilsmooth. 2. Note: Additional lemon rind and lemon slices maybe used as a garnish. |
