                                                1 pound broccolini  |  
                                                1 tablespoon olive oil  |  
                                                1 teaspoon lemon zest  |  
                                                1 tablespoon lemon juice  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |

                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Wash and trim the broccolini and steam for 5 minutes, until it is crisp yet tender. Drain. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the broccolini and toss to coat. 3. Note: variations: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper instead of black pepper or 3 tablespoons toasted hazelnuts chopped sprinkled on top 4. Per Serving: 5.
