Light and fairly healthy when using Fat-Free Soup and served with vegetables Ingredients:
1 lemon |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's condensed 98% fat free cream of broccoli soup |
1/4 cup milk |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. CUT 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 teaspoons juice from remaining lemon. 2. HEAT oil in skillet. Cook chicken 10 minute or until browned. 3. ADD soup, milk, lemon juice and black pepper. Top with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minute or until done. |
