2 cups broccoli |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |

1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced red onion |
Directions:
1. boil broccoli for 1.5 minutes or until al dente. 2. while broccoli cooks, whisk other ingredients except, red onion. 3. drain broccoli and toss to coat. |
