Delicious moist cake perfect for breakfast or a special brunch.
Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
6 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1cup sour cream
3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
zest of one lemon
Directions:
1. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy
2. Add eggs one at a time
3. add vanilla and lemmon extract
4. Mix in flour one cup at time
5. add soda
6. Mix in sourcream until well mixed
7. Add Lemon Zest
8. Fold in blueberrys
9. place in 2 gerased an flouerd pans
10. optional-Top with strusel and lemmon zest
11. Bake at 350 for 60-65 min until knife comes out clean
