Ingredients:
2 deep dish pie crusts baked
1 block(s) cream cheese
1 can(s) condensed milk
1/2 cup(s) lemon juice
4 eggs
1 pint(s) blueberries
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/4 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
8 tablespoon(s) sugar
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and egg yolks. Mix well. Fold in blueberries. Pour into baked crusts.
2. Beat egg whites, vanilla and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Spread on pies.
3. Bake at 350 until brown.
