Fresh, light and lemony Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind |
3/4 cup milk |
4 tablespoons melted butter |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients together. 2. Melt butter, add to milk, add eggs and lemon juice. 3. Toss berries in with dry mixture. 4. Add wet to dry. 5. Bake at 400 F for 15 20 minutes. |
