I have not tried this recipe. I'm posting this recipe for safe keeping. I got this recipe from Better Homes And Gardens New Diabetic Cookbook. Each serving is 1/2 cup. Ingredients:
3 cups prepared sugar-free lemonade, from lemonade mix |
2 cups fresh blueberries or 2 cups frozen blueberries |
3 tablespoons sugar |
16 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. In a blender container or food processor bowl combine 1 1/2 cups of the lemonade, the blueberries, and sugar. Cover and blend or process until smooth. 2. Place the yogurt in the freezer container of a 4 quart ice cream freezer. Stir in berry mixture and remaining 1 1/2 cups lemonade. Freeze mixture according to the manufacturer's directions. Ripen 4 hours. |
