This recipe goes with Crab and Mushroom Bisque Ingredients:
3 tablespoons grated lemon rind |
2 tablespoons kosher salt |
1 bay leaf |
1 teaspoon celery seeds |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small food processor or coffee grinder. Process until finely and evenly chopped. Store in an airtight container. 2. *If substituting regular salt, use half the amount (1 tablespoon). |
