Lemon Bite Cookies (Cake Mix) Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1 egg |
4 ounces cool whip, thawed |
1 (18 ounce) box lemon cake mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl combine cake mix, egg and cool whip, mix well Batter will be very stiff.
3. Drop teaspoonful of dough into powered sugar.
4. Then roll into 1 inch balls,
5. Place balls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown on bottom.
7. Cool on wire rack.
