Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) boiling water |
1 can(s) evaporated milk |
1 package(s) lemon jello, 6 oz size |
3/4 cup(s) lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1 1/2 cup(s) vanilla water crumbs |
Directions:
1. Chill milk overnight. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add sugar, salt and lemon juice and place in refrigerator. When congealed, whip milk until stiff. At low speed, whip Jello mixture into milk. 2. Spread crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 dish. Place milk/Jello mixture over crumbs. Top with more crumbs and set in refrigerator to chill (approx 3 hours) |
