A refreshing smoothie. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons crystal light sugar free low calorie lemonade mix |
1 (8 ounce) container smooth and creamy low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
1 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Place milk, Crystal Light, yogurt, blueberries and ice cubes in blender container; cover. 2. Blend on high speed until smooth; serve immediately. |
