A refreshing smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
1 1/2 teaspoons crystal light sugar free low calorie lemonade mix
1 (8 ounce) container smooth and creamy low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup ice cube
Directions:
1. Place milk, Crystal Light, yogurt, blueberries and ice cubes in blender container; cover.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth; serve immediately.
