Great summer recipe! Healthy! Ingredients:
2 ounces dry whole wheat penne |
1/2 cup zucchini, chopped |
1/2 cup yellow squash, chopped |
1/2 cup canned white beans, rinsed and drained |
1 lemon, juiced |
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Boil pasta and drain. Toss with remaining ingredients. |
