The George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine Cookbook Ingredients:
24 ounces halibut steaks |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon green onion, minced |
Directions:
1. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. 2. Place steaks in the grill and sprinkle with the paprika. Grill 6-8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily. 3. In a small bowl, blend the margarine, basil, lemon juice and green onion. 4. To serve, arrange each steak on a plate and top with a generous spoonful of the lemon-basil butter. |
