                    This is very tasty, very easy and I never have any left even when I triple the batch. Enjoy Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 pound carrots cleaned and sliced  |  
                                                2 tablespoons butter  |  
                                                1 tablespoon lemon juice  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon garlic salt  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon basil crushed  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Partially cook carrots in boiling water. 2. In a saucepan melt butter and stir in lemon juice, garlic salt, basil and pepper. 3. Add carrots and cook until tender.                              |
