1 lb carrot, jullienned |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 garlic clove, minced |
salt |
1 dash pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots in a small amount of water for 20 minutes. 2. In a different saucepan, melt butter. 3. Stir in lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil. 4. Add carrots and toss. |
