So good and so light. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup margarine |
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar |
4 eggs |
4 tablespoons realemon juice |
2 cups sugar |
4 tablespoons flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Cream together 2 cups flour, margarine and confectioners sugar. 2. Pat into greased 9x10 inch pan. 3. Bake 20 minutes at 350. 4. Combine eggs, lemon juice, sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder. 5. Pour over curst and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. 6. While hot, sprinkle with confectioners sugar. |
