Golden chicken simmers to tenderness in a heavenly sauce made with Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup, milk and lemon juice. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of asparagus soup |
1/4 cup milk |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
lemon slices (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. 2. Add soup, milk, lemon juice and black pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired. |
