Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
4 boneless chicken breasts |
1/4 cup milk |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of asparagus soup |
1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet. 2. Add chicken and cook until browned. 3. Add soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. 4. Boil. 5. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes till done. 6. Garnish with lemon slices if desired. |
